1. Delivery Area

We provide delivery services exclusively within Australia.
All shipments are handled by carefully selected logistics providers to ensure secure handling, reliable delivery, and full tracking visibility at every stage.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are applied as follows:
Orders below AUD 100 incur a shipping fee of AUD 6.
Orders of AUD 100 or more qualify for free shipping within Australia.

3. Order Processing

Once payment is completed, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing Cut-off Time:

After processing is completed, the order will be released for dispatch.

4. Delivery Method and Timeframe

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is 6–8 business days.

Delivery services are carried out in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including Schedule 2 – Australian Consumer Law, which requires goods to be delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

In circumstances beyond operational control, delivery may be affected. Any updates will be communicated clearly.

5. Applicable Charges

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes in accordance with Australian taxation requirements.

6. Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers will receive an email containing tracking details.

Customers may check delivery status at any time using the provided tracking link.
For further assistance, customers may contact us via the website and provide their order number.

7. Responsibility and Claims

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

If a parcel arrives damaged or shows visible irregularities, customers must:
Report the issue at the time of delivery where possible; and
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, providing a detailed description and photographic evidence.

All claims are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which guarantees goods meet acceptable quality standards.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
